So Ireland votes YES after being brow-beaten into a second referendum.
That leaves all eyes on 2 people: Vaclav Klaus and David Cameron.
Klaus because it is only himself apart from the Poles who are delaying the treaty ratification. Cameron because he has only said he would offer a referendum if the treaty is not yet in force.
It is unfortuately much more likely that the Klaus' review will only take around 3 months meaning the Treaty could be fully ratified as early as January.
This would leave all eyes on Cameron with an increasingly Eurosceptic Britain.
Will he give us a referendum?
We shall have to wait and see.
